    1. Thank you so much, Manoj, for you wishes.
and thank you for the nomination, I honored that you thought of me, really, but some time back I decided to go award free for various reasons, lack of time was one of those.
Nonetheless, I am extremely grateful for this but I am sorry that I’ll not be able to participate. I hope that you don’t mind.
      Cheers and thanks again!

  1. This feels really sad… a revelation proven bad, after the winds of foreboding whispered their truths to the narrator. Very relatable too… πŸ’”πŸ’˜

If you want constructive criticism, I will offer it around this line: “You smell fear in my fluttering heart but decide to let it all go, forgetting, my fear was for you.” …I found that a tiny bit confusing, had to read it a couple of times… I wasn’t sure what “letting it all go” meant. I decided it meant “letting the secret out anyway” … but maybe that’s not it, and/or maybe you meant for it to be mysterious. I guess if anything I would clarify that phrase somehow. But at author’s discretion, obvs. ;)) πŸ€“πŸ˜šπŸŒ»

A heart-rending flash story dear friend, well done!! πŸ’“πŸ’–πŸ€—

    1. Thank you for this wonderful and detailed comment, Lia, you know they are the best!
It was written on a rainy afternoon with a melancholic mood, hence sad. πŸ˜‰

I understand the problem, thank you for pointing it out, I did edit out a couple of words and phrases to make it exactly 100 words. By writing, ‘you decide to let it all go’ what I meant for it was to be layered; it was both the secret outpouring and the decision to let go of the emotions and relationship which the two held with each other. I hope it makes sense now.
After reading my own work multiple times, while editing, it gets difficult to look at it as an outsider. But I’ll try to write more clearly, in the future, thank you! πŸ€—πŸ’•πŸ™

(OAN: Are all the links in this post working for you, or are you also facing some issues?)

      1. Hey lovely, I’m so sorry for the late reply; I thought I replied to this back when you sent it! It must have disappeared into ether lol! That line wasn’t at all a prob, just wanted to offer constructive criticism since it was asked for is all hehe. I had to dig for something lol. ;)) I agree it’s so hard to see our own work objectively and you are amazing to ask for honest feedback, I don’t have the guts to do that anymore ahaha! Don’t worry about writing more clearly just keep sharing please, I just love when you post. πŸ€—πŸŒ»πŸ’–πŸ™ŒπŸ™ And yes all four links in the piece work perfectly for me, also the link in the comment above. Maybe it’s just a case of slower Internet connection for some? Hugs πŸ’ž xoxoxo

        1. I know, dear, it happens sometimes when there are too many comments back and forth that one or two gets accidentally missed, it’s not an issue. πŸ˜πŸ€—
I totally understand and am so glad that you offered your words of wisdom πŸ˜‰, they are always more than welcome, especially from you.πŸ™πŸ™πŸ€—πŸ€—
