Twenty Words Tuesday – Week 27

Howdy folks, how are you? Wishing you all a happy March ahead. Very soon I am going to start sharing the first draft of a long story which I hope to be a novel; stay tuned for more on this. You can also tell me about what you would want to read. Keep writing.

TWT’s 26th-Week prompt was –Spring. If you haven’t had a chance to read the wonderful 20-word stories of previous week, I am listing down the links to those amazing takes, don’t forget to show them some love.

This week’s prompt is Wind. I can’t wait to read what you come up with. Below is my 20-word story, I hope you’ll like it. Now, hop on the wagon and tell me a tale!

Wind

He pushed against me, air rushed out of me like wind and before I knew, we were falling towards heaven.

Come, join in! All you need to do is:

  • Write an exactly 20-word story (excluding the title) using the prompt (the prompt word may/may not be present in the story).
  • Ping-back your story to this post, so that everyone (including myself) can read your version.
  • Use the banner given above and the tag- TWT on your post, to help locate the story in WP reader.
  • Also, feel free to leave a random word in the comments for the next week’s prompt.

Remember to write before the next prompt which drops in next Tuesday!

Don’t worry! Even if you are late in discovering us, ping-back to this post and I would love to read your tale.

Until next time, Cheers

    1. Now, it wouldn’t be love without some danger and desire, would it?! 😅
Thank you very much, OR, I am very glad to hear this. Your kind support helps me a lot to go on. 🙏🤗💙

    1. Thanks dear! I loved your take on the spring prompt (couldn’t comment as the comments were off). It was wonderful to have you onboard the TWT ship. Thank you. ANd yes, I am okay, could be better mentally, but it is fine. I hope you are good as well. Take care, sweetie. 💕🤗🙏

      1. Oh good I’m glad you liked it! I’m sorry about turning comments off on that one. Sometimes I do that when I feel I won’t be able to respond for whatever reason, often time constraints or mindset or other factors less easy to publicly explain. Sorry to hear about the mental part… but I hear you and can relate. These feelings come and go in waves, eh? :)) I’m well right now thank you, and I hope you take good care too. Thanks for this lovely reply. 💗🙏🥰👯‍♂️

        1. Absolutely dear, I understand that very much, sometimes the last thing we want to do is interact with people. And yeah, these feelings do come in waves, I am riding one from past few months, it will get better soon, I hope. Good to know that you are doing good. Keep shining, girl! 💕🤗🙏🥂✨

          1. Hmm… neat (or strange to me) that’s what you got out of it. For me it was about personal progress, resilience, renewal, recurring positivity. Spring, basically! Thank you so much for the kind words though. 🤗 I hugely appreciate them! 💛

            1. My sincere apologies about the mix-up. But I just read your take on Spring and it is absolutely beautiful. It reaffirms that we all should look forward to renewal (Spring) within us once we have braved through our own struggles (Winter).
