I know that the jury is still out for the “Best Book” and also, I believe that there is no such thing as one best book, but certainly there exist some commendable writings and revolutionary ideas.
I am listing down some classic time-tested books which are often considered must-reads by many. To be honest, I also haven’t read all of them, yet. But surely, I plan to (hopefully this year).

All I can say is that it is a time-consuming process, and it takes time, dedication and above all patience. It won’t happen overnight.
You will have to produce good content of high quality periodically, visit other blogs regularly, leave thoughtful comments regularly and gradually people will start noticing your blog and would want to read what you have to say; of those some will stay and some will leave.
I don’t know of a shortcut, dear. If you find out, please come back and tell me, also, because I also need to do the same.
