A very speculative read.

The Basis

Why is it important to realize what is worth your time and what is not? Most people do not even question themselves about the allocation of their own time. We think that we are doing something that is extremely useful. Whereas, analyzing the tasks closely would reveal that they fail even to satisfy the definition of being a true task – capable of giving any kind of true return.

For instance, in the age of the internet boom, when we are ever connected to the world around us, we think it is absolutely necessary to be abreast of all the stuffs that is happening in the world. But most of the ‘trendy’ stuffs are so trendy that it does not bother us to follow them when they are out of the list of say ‘top 10 trending’. That is to say, the tag of ‘trending’ and status of ‘being updated’…

Can I Keep You?

The Finest Example Of...

Meeting new friends can be overwhelming.

I know it hasn’t really been that long,

But now that we have met, I want to ask

A simple question, even if it’s strange.

Can I keep you?

I know that you’re a person, not a pet,

I know you’re not a creature I can keep.

You’re more than that, I know, I understand.

But I still need to ask

.

Can I keep you?

Can I keep you as my friend

Can I keep you as a buddy.

Can I keep you when I need you

And even more when I don’t.

The only thing that I had hoped to say

Is that I think that you are worth… keeping.

Because to me it seems that you are great.

If you aren’t sure, don’t answer straightaway.

Just think on it, and maybe let me know.
